WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Cell Phones (remember to Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and Tweet while you’re at the festival)
  • Personal hand-held cameras (i.e. small digital or point-and-click cameras; no long/large/zoom/detachable lenses; no tripods; no pro cameras)

RESTRICTIONS:

  • No tents/lawn chairs/large tarps
  • No re-entry permitted
  • No illegal substances (no drugs of any kind)
  • No smoking inside the event
  • No animals or pets (except service animals)
  • No outside food or beverages (includes alcoholic beverages)
  • No video cameras or video recording equipment. Video recording is prohibited
  • No glass/glass containers
  • No umbrellas
  • No picnic baskets or Coolers
  • No pets
  • No professional or pro-summer cameras and/or equipment no large/long/zoom/detachable lenses or tripods
  • No unauthorized vendors
  • No drones

Please note, all personal belongings will be searched prior to entrance, so please adhere to these rules so that others will not be delayed during the entrance process.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

You can purchase tickets online through our official ticketing site or you can also purchase tickets through our official agency Prekindle.com. If you have any questions regarding tickets, please email us at info@musicfest-southforkranch.com

WILL THERE BE TICKETS SOLD AT THE EVENT?

Tickets will be sold at the event unless tickets sell out prior to the event. If that occurs, we will notify customers online.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS DAY-OF-SHOW?

Day-of-show Main Stage General Admission tickets increase $10 starting at 11:59pm on Friday August 31, 2018. There is no service fee if you purchase tickets at the festival.

Day-of-show Jazz Stage tickets increase $20 starting at 11:59pm on Friday August 31, 2018. There is no service fee if you purchase tickets at the festival.

 

WHEN DO THE DOORS OPEN TO GO INTO THE FESTIVAL?

Southfork Ranch Event Center Jazz Stage: Saturday doors open at 10:00am.

Southfork Ranch Event Center Main Stage: Saturday doors open at 4:00pm.

Southfork Ranch Event Center Jazz Stage: Sunday Doors open at 2:00pm.

WILL I BE SEARCHED UPON ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL?

All items are subject to search prior to admission to the event. Items not allowed into the Festival area must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to admission.

WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE AT HOME?

Absolutely No – Umbrellas, tents, pets, coolers, glassware, tables, wagons or other large accessory items are allowed. Further, Festival staff reserve the right to modify this policy to include any item that may impede the safety and enjoyment of others attending the festival. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES.

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?

No re-entry permitted.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT THE FESTIVAL?

We accept the following payment methods at the festival: cash, ATM/Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

WHY DID YOU BILL ME TWICE?

If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. Some banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

ARE THERE ATM MACHINES AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes

WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes

IS THERE A LOST & FOUND?

Yes.  Located inside the event center.

DOES THE FESTIVAL OFFER DISABILITY ASSISTANCE?

Yes, to request information on ADA accommodations at the festival, please email info@medprods.com

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

ALL FESTIVAL EVENTS WILL BE HELD IN THE INDOOR AIR CONDITIONED EVENT CENTER

All sales are final.
The festival will take place Rain or Shine. No refunds or exchanges.
