Vendor Applications Closed

We are proud to invite you to participate in the 2nd Annual Music Fest at Southfork Ranch.  The Festival will be held Labor Day weekend, August 31 – September 2, 2019 at the Legendary Southfork Ranch in Parker, Texas.

We expect 10,000 enthusiastic music lovers to attend our 2nd annual event to enjoy a wide variety of music including Blues, Jazz, R&B and Southern Soul.  The doors open at 3:00 PM daily.

Vendor booths will be provided by MEP, booths are 10’ x 10’ and include a canopy roof, one table and two chairs.  If a vendor chooses to use other than the 10’ x 10’ booth, then a picture and description must be provided for consideration and approval by MEP.  Sharing a booth with an unregistered vendor will result in automatic dismissal without refund.  Each vendor will be provided one parking pass and three vendor wristbands to be worn at all times.  If you require additional wristbands for employees, please contact MEP.

MEP retains control over the sale of all alcoholic beverages, coffee and bottled water.  No merchandise with the Music Fest at Southfork Ranch logo, printing, lettering or wording imprinted in any way on items such as caps, posters, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, emblems, cups, glasses, novelties, etc. may be sold without prior written approval of MEP.

No merchandise in the likeness of any artist or printing letters or words describing any artist or his/her name can be imprinted without written permission from MEP and the specific artist in question.

The rates for booths will be as follows:

Food – $500.00 SOLD OUT
Merchandise – $300.00 SOLD OUT
Arts & Crafts – $300.00 SOLD OUT
Non-Profit – $300.00 SOLD OUT

These prices cover all three days as there will be no one day booth rental.  All food vendors must submit a health permit application with their festival application. Vendor registration ends June 15thand full payment is required upon submission of the application. (We will not be accepting cash deposits.)  Payment must be made online via credit or debit card.  Cash or personal checks will not be accepted.  MEP reserves the right to refuse any application.

All vendor registrations are on a first come, first serve basis.  Vendor check-in will be on Friday, August 30thfrom 12 noon until 9 PM and Saturday, August 31st from 7AM to 1 PM.  Daily check in times and tear down information will be provided in your vendor packet.
